Trump's Executive Orders
Wasting no time after being sworn in, Trump signs nearly 80 executive orders for America reimagined
It’s tricky to pinpoint exactly when throwing pens into the crowd begins and ringleader energy ends. For a weekend of MAGA celebrations, the quirky good times seemed par for the crowd.
Mostly, I look forward to the chaos of a Trump presidency. I thrive in crisis and I am suspicious of everyone. I voted for Trump, loud and clear. Why? Because there is about to be a high level of drama in this country, no matter who is in charge, and at the very least I want it to be transparent.
Within hours of being sworn back into office, Trump signed close to 80 executive orders. Some were blatant: “Two genders… January 6th…” While a handful of these legal letters have me bored, many have my attention. Oh, and one thing is certain: We are not finished talking about the 2020 election.
Reading through this massive list as snow touches down on Florida made me nervous laugh. Nature never deceives us, the sky wants us to understand the energy of unprecedented moments. May they be spectacular, new to maneuver, but not impossible to handle, the creation of memories, and proof of inspiration.

For what compels me, keep reading here.
TWO GENDERS
It’s unsurprising that Trump will be working on massive changes within the transgender community. No doubt there will be a removal of basic opportunities like non-gender bathrooms and transgender athletes, although I don’t know what else this administration has planned, and I don’t doubt their tenacity to go directly to the root of healthcare.
Trump’s intentions for bold overturning of transgender rights is not something he has been shy about. During election season, Musk publicly denounced his daughter’s legal change in gender, paired with the incredibly divisive commentary of women’s sports, making this is a hot button issue that promises more attention for Team Trump.
I think it’s mean and awful to ruin the lives of nearly five million Americans who are intersex. Living in New York City for ten years afforded me the opportunity to meet many people in this community. My experiences were positive, save for a few humans who seemed truly lost in their sense of self, struggling to contend with the basics of life. But, I know a ton of straight people who are just as doe-eyed and wobbly.
I certainly wouldn’t ever want to remove anybody’s access to healthcare they feel compelled to pursue, but I can’t say I would ever want the definition of a “woman” to cover those who don’t bleed. Maybe can we create another word for this gender?
RESTORING ACCOUNTABILITY TO POLICY-INFLUENCING POSITIONS WITHIN THE FEDERAL WORKFORCE
Like a cheetah ready to pounce its prey, this executive order is written like a bullseye on some specific but mysterious expectations for behavior. It is noted that the President should be able to express his expectations for Federal workers in a way that influences change.
When I read between the lines, I hear a muffled “AOC’s Instagram Lives are about to be taken down” and “John Fetterman has to stop wearing shorts.” Maybe even a little ping of “George Santos was embarrassing for way too many weeks.”
It’s not obvious, but it’s in the air: Trump wants to be able top say “You’re fired” at any given moment.
Article II of the United States Constitution vests the President with the sole and exclusive authority over the executive branch, including the authority to manage the Federal workforce to ensure effective execution of Federal law. A critical aspect of this executive function is the responsibility to maintain professionalism and accountability within the civil service. This accountability is sorely lacking today. Only 41 percent of civil service supervisors are confident that they can remove an employee who engaged in insubordination or serious misconduct. Even fewer supervisors –- 26 percent — are confident that they can remove an employee for poor performance.
Accountability is essential for all Federal employees, but it is especially important for those who are in policy-influencing positions. These personnel are entrusted to shape and implement actions that have a significant impact on all Americans. Any power they have is delegated by the President, and they must be accountable to the President, who is the only member of the executive branch, other than the Vice President, elected and directly accountable to the American people. In recent years, however, there have been numerous and well-documented cases of career Federal employees resisting and undermining the policies and directives of their executive leadership. Principles of good administration, therefore, necessitate action to restore accountability to the career civil service, beginning with positions of a confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character.
RESTORING THE DEATH PENALTY AND PROTECTING PUBLIC SAFETY
An eye for an eye will be Trump’s great balancing act. Long gone are they days of public guillotines and town square executions. We aren’t cowboys anymore, but violence remains the preference for some primal instincts looking for justice.
Prisoners are expensive, their life behind bars is like a half-star hotel. Food, shelter, and healthcare available. Not to mention friendship! And television access! So why do we allow the most violent offenders to hang out and rot on our dime?
“On December 23, 2024, President Biden commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 most vile and sadistic rapists, child molesters, and murderers on Federal death row: remorseless criminals who brutalized young children, strangled and drowned their victims, and hunted strangers for sport. He commuted their sentences even though the laws of our Nation have always protected victims by applying capital punishment to barbaric acts like theirs. Judges who oppose capital punishment have likewise disregarded the law by falsely claiming that capital punishment is unconstitutional, even though the Constitution explicitly acknowledges the legality of capital punishment.”
Okay, reasonable. Expressive. I understand. But wait, there’s an even bolder statement a few paragraphs below. In addition to the death penalty, the Attorney General shall… pursue and seek the death penalty regardless of other factors for every capital crime involving the murder of a law-enforcement officer, or a capital crime committed by an alien illegally present in this country.
The Attorney General shall pursue the death penalty for all crimes of a severity demanding its use.
(b) In addition to pursuing the death penalty where possible, the Attorney General shall, where consistent with applicable law, pursue Federal jurisdiction and seek the death penalty regardless of other factors for every federal capital crime involving:
(i) The murder of a law-enforcement officer; or
(ii) A capital crime committed by an alien illegally present in this country.
With a direct and immediate reference to Hunter Biden’s laptop, there is no doubt that we are far from a finale on this salacious storyline. Even if Joe Biden pardoned his deeply troubled son, Trump makes a promise that there are other avenues to ensuring this collusion isn’t simply swept under the rug.
Many believe that mainstream media played an integral role in covering up the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, a computer ripe with demented content of rampant drug use and soulless sex. Of all of the theories surrounding the voting process of 2020, including the excessive use of information suppression (Zuckerberg) there is a suggestion that Hunter Biden’s indiscretions would have influenced the election in Trump’s favor if the conversation was reported with integrity.
How hard did the media work to control the 2020 campaign? Are we about to find out?
In the closing weeks of the 2020 Presidential campaign, at least 51 former intelligence officials coordinated with the Biden campaign to issue a letter discrediting the reporting that President Joseph R. Biden’s son had abandoned his laptop at a computer repair business. Signatories of the letter falsely suggested that the news story was part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
The declaration goes on to name names in other instances of influenced media, calling out Former National Security Advisor John R Bolton who published a memoir after he was terminated from this White House position in 2019. Trump’s 2025 team writes “The book was rife with sensitive information drawn from his time in government. The memoir’s reckless treatment of sensitive information undermined the ability of future presidents to request and obtain candid advice on matters of national security from their staff. Publication also created a grave risk that classified material was publicly exposed.”
To remedy these abuses of the public trust, this Order directs the revocation of any active or current security clearances held by: (i) the former intelligence officials who engaged in misleading and inappropriate political coordination with the 2020 Biden presidential campaign; and (ii) John R. Bolton.
(b) It is the policy of the United States that individuals who hold government-issued security clearances should not use their clearance status to influence U.S. elections.
(c) It is the policy of the United States that classified information not be publicly disclosed in memoirs, especially those published for personal monetary gain.
Sec. 3. Implementation. (a) Effective immediately, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, shall revoke any current or active clearances held by the following individuals: (lists 50 names)
DECLARING A NATIONAL ENERGY EMERGENCY
This order makes it clear that any drilling, or changing of any natural resources, will be in the power of the federal government and they do not care if you are doing a peaceful protest or if you’ve made a 100 slide Powerpoint about endangered fish.
Beyond the obvious desire to strike oil, I can’t help but to define energy and then define it once more. In an admin full of tech geniuses, I can promise you that “sourcing energy” goes beyond propane and propane accessories.
The following theory is not at all mentioned in this executive order, so bare with me as I express myself on my own Substack: But the energy required to tap into this next evolution of humanity is really about ourselves and our ability to harness our own breath. The difference between billionaires and everyone is is their ability to create the life they desire.
Do you remember last summer when an entire crowd of concertgoers swayed at the same time? People said it was energy harnessing. It happened at a Lana Del Rey concert. The video is HERE.
Some described it as an “energy wave,” or an opportunity for our notoriously spiritual crooner to siphon the good vibes of her adoring fans and save it for later.
Energy is a conversation that lives beyond the third and fourth dimension. In a 5D world, creating and moving energy with our minds is the greatest asset.
Sec. 8. Definitions. For purposes of this order, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) The term “energy” or “energy resources” means crude oil, natural gas, lease condensates, natural gas liquids, refined petroleum products, uranium, coal, biofuels, geothermal heat, the kinetic movement of flowing water, and critical minerals, as defined by 30 U.S.C. 1606 (a)(3).
(b) The term “production” means the extraction or creation of energy.
(c) The term “transportation” means the physical movement of energy, including through, but not limited to, pipelines.
(d) The term “refining” means the physical or chemical change of energy into a form that can be used by consumers or users, including, but not limited to, the creation of gasoline, diesel, ethanol, aviation fuel, or the beneficiation, enrichment, or purification of minerals.
(e) The term “generation” means the use of energy to produce electricity or thermal power and the transmission of electricity from its site of generation.
(f) The term “energy supply” means the production, transportation, refining, and generation of energy.
RESTORING NAMES THAT HONOR AMERICAN GREATNESS
Gulf of America.
The area formerly known as the Gulf of Mexico has long been an integral asset to our once burgeoning Nation and has remained an indelible part of America. The Gulf was a crucial artery for America’s early trade and global commerce. It is the largest gulf in the world, and the United States coastline along this remarkable body of water spans over 1,700 miles and contains nearly 160 million acres. Its natural resources and wildlife remain central to America’s economy today. The bountiful geology of this basin has made it one of the most prodigious oil and gas regions in the world, providing roughly 14% of our Nation’s crude-oil production and an abundance of natural gas, and consistently driving new and innovative technologies that have allowed us to tap into some of the deepest and richest oil reservoirs in the world. The Gulf is also home to vibrant American fisheries teeming with snapper, shrimp, grouper, stone crab, and other species, and it is recognized as one of the most productive fisheries in the world, with the second largest volume of commercial fishing landings by region in the Nation, contributing millions of dollars to local American economies. The Gulf is also a favorite destination for American tourism and recreation activities. Further, the Gulf is a vital region for the multi-billion-dollar U.S. maritime industry, providing some of the largest and most impressive ports in the world. The Gulf will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping America’s future and the global economy, and in recognition of this flourishing economic resource and its critical importance to our Nation’s economy and its people, I am directing that it officially be renamed the Gulf of America.
Just when I thought I couldn’t be any more enamored with you, I find myself reading *propane and propane accessories* in my grilliest Hank Hill voice. 😂 Great content as always birthday twin 👏🏽 ♒️ 🎂
