Your algorithm is like a refrigerator. Fill it up with the good stuff in case you’re having one of those midnight cravings, you don’t want to have your fridge full of ready to go bad vibe algorithm.
Do not depend on the validation of social media strangers. Even if they are complimentary. You don’t actually know those people and the law of gravity exists everywhere. What goes up, must come down. Do not live by the sword if you are not willing to die by the sword.
Nepotism might actually work. Having access to generations of mentors, guiding you through the different phases of success during fame, is invaluable. New money lives on a cycle.
A lot of these viral social movements have turned out to just be fads, led by people who are motivated by celebrity. Through the course of history, integrity has been interrupted by the temptation of fame, a temporary high for many. When will we learn better?
I was in Brooklyn when Biden won, and I was in Florida when Trump won. These are not the same country.
The students taught me that there are now apps, such as NIL where student athletes are able to do sponsored post for athletic companies in exchange for money. The students used the term “loophole.” To which I responded, yes, that is something about the Internet. It is not a direct reflection of the laws on planet earth. Loophole journalist are a thing right now, too. What kind of America do you want to live in?
